Estamos internalizando a contabilidade e procuramos alguém que conheça bem a rotina fiscal e contábil e goste de deixar processos organizados e confiáveis.

Você vai responder ao Contador e trabalhar lado a lado com os times Fiscal, Financeiro e FP&A.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Fazer o recebimento fiscal das notas de entrada: conferir dados, classificar e escriturar no sistema.
  • Identificar e controlar retenções na fonte (IRRF, CSRF, INSS, ISS).
  • Controlar despesas fixas e contratos recorrentes: vigência, reajustes, vencimentos e provisões.
  • Fazer lançamentos e conciliações contábeis e apoiar o fechamento mensal.
  • Apoiar a Especialista Fiscal nas obrigações acessórias e nos cruzamentos.
  • Acompanhar o fluxo de compras, tratando exceções e cadastro de fornecedores.
  • Manter controles e análises para acompanhar os indicadores da área.
  • Apontar gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.

REQUISITOS

  • Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou Economia.
  • Experiência de 3 a 5 anos na área fiscal ou contábil, com vivência em recebimento fiscal e retenções.
  • Experiência com conciliações, provisões e fechamento contábil.
  • Conhecimento de Lucro Real e de tributos sobre serviços.
  • Experiência com ERP.
  • Excel ou Google Planilhas avançado.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Boa comunicação.

  • Experiência com Protheus.
  • Vivência em escritório contábil ou em fechamento de empresas de Lucro Real.
  • Uso de IA no dia a dia de trabalho.
