Nosso time de Finanças está redesenhando seus processos para torná-los cada vez mais eficientes e automatizados. Buscamos alguém que goste de finanças, tenha interesse em tecnologia e queira entender como os processos funcionam para transformá-los em soluções, com uma visão de produto.

Nesta posição, você não precisará programar. Seu papel será entender os problemas, desenhar soluções e garantir que elas funcionem na prática.

Você trabalhará em parceria com os times de Contabilidade, Fiscal, Financeiro, FP&A e Desenvolvimento, contribuindo para a transformação e automação dos processos da área.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Apoiar no mapeamento dos processos atuais da área, identificando gargalos, oportunidades de melhoria e tarefas manuais.
  • Auxiliar no desenho de novos fluxos e na definição das regras de negócio para as automações.
  • Apoiar no levantamento de requisitos e na elaboração de especificações para o time de Desenvolvimento.
  • Apoiar na organização e priorização do backlog de automações junto aos responsáveis por cada processo.
  • Participar dos testes e da validação das soluções desenvolvidas antes de sua implementação.
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento e na mensuração dos ganhos das automações em tempo, redução de erros e custos.
  • Apoiar na documentação dos processos, garantindo que as informações estejam organizadas e atualizadas.

REQUISITOS

  • Estar cursando Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou Engenharia de Produção, com previsão de formatura a partir de 2028.
  • Interesse em Finanças, Tecnologia e Automação de Processos.
  • Raciocínio lógico e facilidade para analisar problemas e estruturar soluções.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel ou Google Planilhas.
  • Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.

  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (IA), seja no dia a dia ou em projetos.
