- Strong communication and client-facing skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Vendor Ecosystem Development & Strategy
- Build, maintain, and continuously expand Quantigo AI's global vendor ecosystem across data collection, Computer Vision, LiDAR, NLP, Generative AI, LLM, RLHF, SFT, Red Teaming, and Human-in-the-Loop services.
- Develop a structured vendor acquisition strategy to support current and future business needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality vendors based on capability, scalability, quality standards, pricing, reliability, and geographical coverage.
- Establish and maintain a centralized vendor database, including capabilities, pricing structures, turnaround times, quality benchmarks, and operational readiness.
- Create and implement a vendor qualification framework to ensure consistent evaluation and selection of vendor partners.
- Build strategic relationships with vendors and service providers that can support Quantigo AI's expansion into new service lines and markets.
- Continuously assess market capabilities and identify new vendor partnerships that strengthen Quantigo AI's service portfolio.
- Develop contingency and backup vendor networks to reduce operational risk and improve delivery resilience. 2. Vendor Governance & Delivery Oversight
- Own vendor onboarding, performance management, and relationship management processes.
- Establish vendor management frameworks, SOPs, scorecards, and performance review mechanisms.
- Monitor vendor quality, delivery timelines, responsiveness, compliance, and overall performance.
- Ensure vendors comply with project requirements, security standards, confidentiality agreements, and operational expectations.
- Manage vendor escalations and performance issues proactively.
- Conduct regular vendor reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Quantigo AI maintains a healthy and scalable vendor pipeline capable of supporting diverse project requirements. 3. Project Feasibility & Solution Design
- Evaluate incoming project requirements and determine the most effective delivery approach.
- Assess whether projects should be executed internally, externally, or through a hybrid delivery model.
- Identify capability gaps and develop execution strategies that leverage both internal teams and external partners.
- Design scalable operational frameworks for new project types and emerging service categories.
- Provide recommendations on delivery models, resource requirements, risks, and project feasibility. 4. Project Management & Delivery
- Manage assigned projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate execution across clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and commercial expectations.
- Drive issue resolution and maintain project momentum throughout the delivery lifecycle. 5. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Translate client requirements into actionable execution plans.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project progress, risks, mitigation plans, and delivery updates.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a positive client experience.
- Handle project escalations professionally and drive timely resolution. 6. Capability Expansion & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify opportunities to expand Quantigo AI's delivery capabilities through partnerships and vendor relationships.
- Support the development of new service offerings and operational frameworks.
- Stay informed about industry trends across AI data operations, outsourcing, data collection, and Generative AI ecosystems.
- Contribute to long-term capability-building initiatives that increase Quantigo AI's competitiveness and delivery flexibility.
