The posting

A Amiste Café Brasil está em busca de um Assistente Técnico para máquinas de café, que atuará na cidade de Uberlândia/MG, garantindo o funcionamento e a excelência no atendimento técnico aos clientes da franquia.

Esse profissional será responsável por instalar, realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas nas máquinas de café, além de gerenciar as demandas da região, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e a satisfação dos clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar instalações, abastecimento, higienização, manutenções preventivas e corretivas em máquinas de café e equipamentos automáticos;
  • Atender solicitações e dúvidas de usuários e clientes das máquinas de café;
  • Acompanhar consumo e disponibilidade de equipamentos e insumos em cada ponto de utilização das máquinas;
  • Gerenciar as demandas técnicas, priorizando atendimentos e acompanhando prazos;
  • Garantir o pleno funcionamento dos equipamentos e o cumprimento dos padrões técnicos da Amiste Café Brasil;
  • Realizar testes de configuração e calibração dos equipamentos;
  • Apoiar no controle de estoque de peças e insumos técnicos;
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes, zelando pela qualidade do atendimento e imagem da marca;
  • Registrar atendimentos e relatórios técnicos em sistema interno.
  • Gerar relatórios mensais de atividades e consumo

JORNADA: 12/36

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Experiência anterior com manutenção de máquinas ou equipamentos similares.
  • Conhecimento básico em informática e uso de aplicativos de controle de chamados;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e foco em resultados.
  • Disposição para trabalho presencial
  • Disposição para seguir procedimentos, checklists de garantia da qualidade
  • Dinamismo e agilidade para garantir o atendimento tempestivo das rotinas e demandas dos usuários
  • Desejável

Desejável

  • Curso técnico em Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecânica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.
  • CNH categoria A, B ou AB e disponibilidade para deslocamentos na região;
  • Veículo próprio.
