Nosso time de Pessoas está em busca de Consultor(a) de Infraestrutura e telecom (redes) para atuar em projeto de consultoria em infraestrutura de redes e telecomunicações. Este profissional apoiará na avaliação e a melhoria da conectividade de nossos clientes corporativos, com foco em telefonia (ligações que não completam, rotas, troncos) e internet (quedas, firewall, problemas de IP e contratos com operadoras).

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Mapear a arquitetura de telecomunicações, incluindo discador Olos, telefonia, operadoras, rotas e serviços de comunicação.
  • Avaliar integrações entre a plataforma de discagem e os demais sistemas envolvidos na operação.
  • Analisar indicadores, relatórios, logs e registros técnicos relacionados ao desempenho das chamadas.
  • Investigar possíveis causas de chamadas não completadas, bloqueios de números, falhas de conexão, problemas de áudio e indisponibilidade de rotas.
  • Avaliar critérios de seleção e utilização de rotas, considerando qualidade, disponibilidade e custos.
  • Analisar os mecanismos de monitoramento, acompanhamento de desempenho e identificação de falhas.
  • Avaliar processos, responsabilidades e interfaces entre Tecnologia, Telecomunicações, Control Desk, operação e fornecedores. Identificar lacunas de governança, documentação, capacitação e gestão de fornecedores.
  • Elaborar diagnóstico técnico com evidências, riscos, limitações identificadas e recomendações priorizadas.
  • Apresentar os resultados do assessment e um plano de ação para evolução do ambiente.
  • Experiência sênior em Telecomunicações, telefonia IP e ambientes de Contact Center.
  • Conhecimento de protocolos SIP, troncos de voz, operadoras e roteamento de chamadas.
  • Experiência na análise de qualidade de voz, falhas de completamento e desempenho de rotas.
  • Capacidade de interpretar Registros de Detalhes de Chamadas, logs, relatórios operacionais e indicadores de telecomunicações.
  • Experiência em diagnóstico de ambientes integrados a discadores e plataformas de atendimento ou cobrança.
  • Conhecimento de monitoramento, processo lógico e sistemático de identificação, diagnóstico e resolução de falhas em sistemas, equipamentos, redes ou software em ambientes de Contact Center.
  • Experiência na elaboração de documentação técnica, relatórios de diagnóstico e planos de melhoria.
  • Capacidade de conduzir entrevistas técnicas e interagir com equipes internas da cliente e fornecedores/operadoras.

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência prática com a plataforma Olos.
  • Vivência em operações de cobrança e Contact Center de médio ou grande porte.
  • Conhecimento de estratégias de discagem automática e preditiva.
  • Experiência com análise de bloqueios de chamadas, reputação de números e taxas de completamento.
  • Conhecimento de integrações entre discadores, sistemas de telefonia, CRM e plataformas operacionais.
  • Experiência com governança de telecomunicações, contratos, SLAs e gestão de operadoras.
