PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Revisar e diagnosticar os processos fiscais, identificando inconsistências, riscos, gaps e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Validar lançamentos, faturamentos, registros, livros e obrigações fiscais, garantindo a correta execução dos processos;
  • Estruturar e aprimorar controles fiscais, criando rotinas de acompanhamento e validação para reduzir riscos e perdas;
  • Acompanhar e validar os processos realizados pela contabilidade terceirizada, atuando como referência técnica para a empresa;
  • Atuar na análise de estratégias de eficiência e otimização tributária, incluindo avaliação de possíveis arranjos societários e modelos de operação;
  • Atuar de forma hands-on na correção e melhoria dos processos, transitando entre análise, orientação e execução quando necessário.

ATUAÇÃO HÍBRIDO: 2x semana presencial

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência técnica na área fiscal, perfil analítico e investigativo e, principalmente, disposição para colocar a mão na massa.

  • Formação superior em Ciências Contábeis, preferencialmente, ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida na área fiscal e tributária;
  • Vivência em empresas de médio ou grande porte;
  • Conhecimento dos principais processos e rotinas fiscais e tributárias;
  • Experiência com conferência e validação de lançamentos fiscais e contábeis;
  • Conhecimento de livros fiscais, apuração e recolhimento de tributos e obrigações acessórias;
  • Experiência com revisão, mapeamento e melhoria de processos fiscais;
  • Capacidade de identificar inconsistências, gaps e riscos nos processos;
  • Conhecimento da legislação tributária e capacidade de acompanhar alterações relevantes;
  • Conhecimento sobre estratégias de eficiência/otimização tributária;
  • Conhecimento sobre arranjos societários e seus impactos tributários;
  • Capacidade de analisar e validar informações provenientes de contabilidade terceirizada;
  • Excel em nível intermediário/avançado, especialmente para controles, cruzamento e análise de informações.

DIFERENCIAL:

  • Experiência com projetos de revisão ou estruturação fiscal;
  • Vivência com auditoria, diagnóstico ou implantação de controles fiscais;
  • Conhecimento de BI e ferramentas de análise de dados, para construção de indicadores e dashboards;
  • Experiência em empresas com alto volume de faturamento e operações;
  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em área tributária, fiscal, contábil ou correlata.
