RESPONSABILIDADES DO CARGO:

  • Executar a ativação de links de conectividade para clientes corporativos e residenciais.
  • Realizar configurações em equipamentos de rede, como ONUs, modems, roteadores e switches.
  • Efetuar testes de conectividade e validação dos circuitos, garantindo o funcionamento adequado dos serviços.
  • Configurar VLANs, endereçamento IP e parâmetros de comunicação conforme os requisitos técnicos do projeto.
  • Ajustar equipamentos de transmissão e acesso de acordo com as especificações estabelecidas.
  • Validar a comunicação ponta a ponta, identificando e solucionando possíveis falhas de conectividade.
  • Realizar medições de níveis ópticos e verificar a qualidade do sinal da fibra óptica.
  • Executar testes de throughput e estabilidade dos links, assegurando o desempenho esperado.
  • Garantir que as ativações estejam em conformidade com os padrões técnicos e de qualidade estabelecidos pela Algar.
  • Orientar os clientes sobre o funcionamento dos serviços ativados e esclarecer dúvidas técnicas relacionadas à instalação.
  • Coletar evidências da instalação e da aceitação dos serviços, assegurando a documentação das atividades realizadas.
  • Registrar as informações das ativações nos sistemas corporativos, mantendo os dados atualizados e rastreáveis.
  • Experiência com suporte técnico em telecomunicações.
  • Conhecimento em configuração de switches e roteadores.
  • Experiência com implementação e configuração de redes Wi-Fi.
  • Conhecimento em manutenção de sistemas de telefonia.
  • Conhecimento básico ou intermediário em redes de computadores, endereçamento IP e conectividade.
  • Capacidade de realizar testes, identificar falhas e solucionar problemas técnicos de comunicação.
  • Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria B ativa.
  • Perfil analítico, proatividade e organização para execução e registro das atividades técnicas.
  • Boa comunicação para interação com clientes e equipes técnicas.
  • Comprometimento com a qualidade, a segurança e os procedimentos operacionais.

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência com ativação de links de fibra óptica.
  • Conhecimento em configuração de ONUs, modems e equipamentos de acesso.
  • Vivência com configuração de VLANs e parâmetros de rede.
  • Experiência com testes de conectividade, throughput e estabilidade de links.
  • Conhecimento em medição de níveis ópticos e validação de circuitos de telecomunicações.
  • Experiência com atendimento técnico a clientes corporativos.
  • Vivência com documentação técnica, coleta de evidências e registro de ativações em sistemas corporativos.
