CONSEILLER(ÈRE) MANUFACTURIER – SERVICES AUX MEMBRES Notre client est une association d'entreprises d'envergure regroupant plus de 700 membres et clients partout au Québec, œuvrant dans le secteur manufacturier ou les services connexes. Par ses activités, l'organisation aide ses membres à trouver des partenaires et offre des programmes d'amélioration de la compétitivité. VOTRE MISSION Grâce à vos connaissances du secteur manufacturier, vous aurez l'opportunité de valoriser vos compétences en aidant les entreprises à croître. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS Accompagner, conseiller et assister les membres dans leur développement, en effectuant des suivis réguliers et des visites de leurs installations. Conseiller les entrepreneurs sur l'amélioration de leur compétitivité ou leur développement d'affaires. Contribuer à l'essor des entreprises en identifiant des fournisseurs ou des clients potentiels en réponse aux besoins exprimés. Élaborer et déployer des stratégies et des activités afin de fidéliser la clientèle et accroître le nombre de membres. Promouvoir les services de l'organisation en participant à des salons et des foires industrielles. Collaborer à l'organisation d'événements de réseautage, de formation et à la prospection de partenariat. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Un grand intérêt pour le secteur manufacturier et les enjeux des PME. Au minimum 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le secteur manufacturier. Une formation universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion des opérations, génie, ou autre discipline pertinente. D'excellentes aptitudes d'accompagnateur et de facilitateur auprès de la clientèle. Un excellent niveau de français parlé et écrit et une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais. Des aptitudes relationnelles, de l'entregent, une capacité d'écoute et une facilité dans la communication et la rédaction. Un bon sens de l'organisation, de la rigueur et de la débrouillardise. De l'aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels (suite Office 365). Un permis de conduire valide pour visiter les entreprises dans les différentes régions du Québec.
