Votre Mission : Ambassadeur de la Croissance Depuis les bureaux de Blainville, vous piloterez le développement des affaires sur l'Amérique du Nord. Vos journées seront rythmées par : Le Développement Stratégique : Prospection active de nouveaux clients au Canada et aux États-Unis en utilisant une méthode éprouvée (une liste de prospects vous est fournie dès le premier jour). La Gestion de Territoire : Bâtir des relations solides sur un territoire exclusif, principalement par téléphone (99%) et rencontres virtuelles. L'Excellence Commerciale : Agir comme ambassadeur de la marque, préparer des propositions percutantes et surpasser vos objectifs de vente. La Maîtrise Technologique : Utilisation du logiciel ERP Oracle NetSuite pour un suivi client impeccable. Le Profil Recherché Vous êtes la perle rare si : · Expertise en vente : Minimum 3 ans d'expérience avec un DEP ou DEC en vente ou tout autre domaine ou expériences connexes Bilinguisme parfait : Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, car 85% de la clientèle est anglophone. Tempérament de gagnant : Ambitieux, proactif, excellent négociateur et orienté vers les résultats. On cherche une belle personnalité ? Atouts : Une expérience dans le secteur du jouet/loisir ou sur le marché américain. Pourquoi choisir cette aventure ? Rémunération : Salaire de base de 63 000$ + commissions. Salaire total de 75,000$ à 85,000$ dès votre première année. Nos meilleurs vendeurs gagnent plus de $200,000 annuellement. Aucun plafond : Vos revenus sont à la hauteur de vos ambitions, il n'y a aucune limite (pas de CAP) sur vos commissions. Équilibre & Bien-être : Horaire flexible, horaire d’été (vendredis après-midi terminant à midi en juillet/août) et fermeture rémunérée durant la période des fêtes.
