Notaire – Droit immobilier (Laurentides) Notre client, une étude bien établie dans les Laurentides, est à la recherche d’un(e) notaire junior souhaitant développer une pratique en droit immobilier au sein d’une équipe structurée, dynamique et axée sur la qualité du service. À propos du rôle La personne retenue participera progressivement à la prise en charge de dossiers immobiliers transactionnels, incluant notamment les achats, ventes, refinancements et hypothèques résidentielles. Elle évoluera dans un environnement collaboratif, avec l’appui d’une équipe de soutien expérimentée et un encadrement favorisant le développement de l’autonomie, du jugement professionnel et de la rigueur. Responsabilités principales Prendre en charge des dossiers immobiliers résidentiels (achats, ventes, refinancements, hypothèques standards) Effectuer l’analyse juridique des titres et documents pertinents Rédiger et réviser les actes notariés (ventes, hypothèques, quittances et documents connexes) Accompagner et informer les clients tout au long du processus de transaction Recevoir les signatures et assurer le suivi complet des dossiers jusqu’à la clôture Collaborer avec les intervenants internes et externes (courtiers, prêteurs, municipalités, etc.) Veiller au respect des échéanciers et des standards de qualité Référer les dossiers plus complexes au besoin Profil recherché Être notaire membre en règle de la Chambre des notaires du Québec Intérêt marqué pour le droit immobilier De 0 à 5 ans d’expérience en droit immobilier Bilingue (français et anglais, oral et écrit) À l’aise avec les outils technologiques et logiciels de gestion de dossiers Capacité à travailler régulièrement au bureau (horaire hybride possible) Personne organisée, fiable, orientée client et soucieuse de la qualité Ce que l’étude offre Horaire flexible et possibilité de télétravail Environnement moderne et culture collaborative Formation continue et développement professionnel Salaire de base + bonification selon la performance Cotisations professionnelles et assurance responsabilité prises en charge Pour postuler, veuillez faire parvenir votre CV à : [email protected] Nous serons heureux d’échanger avec vous à propos de cette belle opportunité.
