Căutăm Agent Vânzări Teren în Sectorul Auto & Utilaje Heavy-Duty (Anvelope & Jante),pentru zonele Mehedinți + Dolj + Gorj + Vâlcea

Angajatorul este o companie internațională de top, aflată în plină expansiune pe piața din România, specializată în importul și distribuția de anvelope și jante pentru camioane și utilaje de construcții. Cu o prezență solidă la nivel național, compania se remarcă prin produse de înaltă calitate, suport logistic excelent și un mediu de lucru orientat spre performanță și dezvoltare.

Responsabilități Principale

  • Vânzarea și încasarea produselor din portofoliu (anvelope și jante pentru camioane și utilaje) pe zona alocată.
  • Dezvoltarea portofoliului prin atragerea de noi clienți potențiali (firme de transport, construcții, flote) și menținerea relației cu cei existenți.
  • Vizitarea clienților din teren pe teritoriul alocat.
  • Evaluarea solvabilității clienților noi și gestionarea vânzărilor cu termen de plată.
  • Monitorizarea pieței concurențiale (prețuri, produse) și raportarea activității către management.

Cerințe & Profilul Căutat

  • Permis de conducere categoria B.
  • Portofoliu existent de clienți care dețin camioane, flote sau utilaje de construcții.
  • Nivel de engleză Mediu-Avansat
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare, negociere, persuasiune și orientare către rezultate.
  • Persoană dinamică, activă în teren și foarte bine organizată.
  • Constituie un mare avantaj experiența anterioară în companii de distribuție piese camioane, anvelope, lubrifianți, servicii de flote, carduri de combustibil sau utilaje (ex: distribuitori auto/flote, rețele de piese camioane).

Pachet Salarial & Beneficii Ofertate

  • Salariu fix net flexibil, în funcție de experiență și portofoliu existent
  • Bonuri de masă: 40 lei/zi lucrată (card Sodexo).
  • Bonus fără plafonare (veniturile lunare nete ajung în medie la 12-16.000 RON)
  • Mașină de serviciu, telefon și tabletă/laptop pentru activitatea de teren.
  • Concediu de odihnă: 24 de zile lucrătoare/an.
