Specialist Vânzări și Organizare Evenimente

Pentru clientul nostru din industria hotelieră, căutăm un Specialist Vânzări și Organizare Evenimente care să contribuie la dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienți și la promovarea serviciilor oferite de locație.

Rolul este potrivit pentru o persoană energică, orientată către rezultate și pasionată de interacțiunea cu clienții, care își dorește să combine activitățile de vânzări cu organizarea și coordonarea evenimentelor.

Responsabilități:

  • Promovarea și vânzarea serviciilor hotelului, inclusiv camere, pachete de cazare și pachete pentru evenimente;
  • Prospectarea pieței și identificarea de noi oportunități de business;
  • Dezvoltarea și menținerea relațiilor cu clienți corporate, agenții de turism, organizatori de evenimente și alți parteneri;
  • Organizarea întâlnirilor comerciale și prezentarea ofertelor către potențialii clienți;
  • Întocmirea ofertelor comerciale și negocierea contractelor;
  • Gestionarea solicitărilor primite din partea clienților și transformarea acestora în rezervări sau evenimente confirmate;
  • Întocmirea fișelor de eveniment și transmiterea informațiilor către departamentele implicate;
  • Coordonarea aspectelor logistice necesare desfășurării evenimentelor;
  • Colaborarea cu departamentul de marketing pentru promovarea serviciilor și dezvoltarea unor concepte sau evenimente care să atragă clienți inclusiv în afara sezonului;
  • Participarea la târguri, întâlniri de business și alte evenimente de profil;
  • Monitorizarea gradului de satisfacție al clienților și menținerea unui standard ridicat al serviciilor oferite.

Se solicită:

  • Minimum 2 ani experiență în vânzări în industria hotelieră, turism sau organizare evenimente;
  • Experiență în dezvoltarea relațiilor comerciale și atragerea de clienți noi;
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare, negociere și relaționare;
  • Atitudine orientată către client și rezultate;
  • Capacitate de organizare și coordonare a mai multor activități simultan;
  • Cunoștințe bune de operare PC și Microsoft Office;
  • Limba engleză la nivel conversațional;
  • Experiența de lucru cu sisteme hoteliere reprezintă un avantaj, dar nu este obligatorie.
