Pentru clientul nostru, o companie multinationala din industria FMCG, cautam un Business Activation Manager care sa contribuie la dezvoltarea strategiei comerciale, implementarea planurilor de activare a brandurilor si cresterea performantei in retail.

Cautam o persoana cu experienta relevanta in sales, trade marketing sau business development, care intelege dinamica pietei FMCG si poate construi parteneriate eficiente, avand o abordare strategica, analitica si orientata spre rezultate.

Principalele provocari ale rolului

  • Dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiilor de activare a brandurilor, in linie cu obiectivele de marketing si vanzari.
  • Monitorizarea performantelor comerciale, a indicatorilor din retail si a activitatilor competitorilor, cu identificarea oportunitatilor de crestere.
  • Colaborarea cu distribuitorul local si echipele interne (KA, ASM) pentru alinierea obiectivelor comerciale si implementarea planurilor de business si trade marketing.
  • Contributia la dezvoltarea planurilor anuale pentru clientii strategici si sustinerea echipelor implicate in atingerea obiectivelor de vanzari.
  • Analiza rezultatelor, pregatirea rapoartelor si formularea de recomandari pentru imbunatatirea performantei comerciale.

Experienta si profilul tau

  • Studii universitare finalizate, ideal in domeniul economic, Business Administration sau Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 ani de experienta relevanta in FMCG, preferabil in companii multinationale sau organizatii cu procese bine structurate.
  • Experienta in Sales, Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing, Merchandising sau Key Account Management, cu o buna intelegere a dinamicii retailului.
  • Gandire analitica si strategica, orientare catre rezultate si capacitatea de a transforma datele comerciale in actiuni concrete.
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare si relationare, cu diplomatie in gestionarea parteneriatelor si a stakeholderilor.
  • Proactivitate, flexibilitate si maturitate profesionala, cu o buna capacitate de adaptare la un mediu dinamic.
  • Limba engleza la nivel avansat; cunoasterea limbii italiene sau germane reprezinta un avantaj.
