  • Studii & Calificări: Formare profesională absolvită ca producător de scule, tehnician în turnare prin injecție sau inginer proiectant SAU diplomă de la o universitate / universitate de științe aplicate combinată cu 2-3 ani de experiență relevantă (sau o calificare echivalentă).
  • Experiență: Minimum 5 ani de experiență în fabricarea sculelor, turnarea prin injecție și proiectarea sculelor de turnare prin injecție.
  • Cunoștințe tehnice: Expertiză vastă în proiectarea și fabricarea sculelor de turnare prin injecție.
  • Competențe CAD: Experiență solidă și practică în CATIA V5.
  • Mobilitate: Disponibilitate pentru participarea la sesiuni de training în Austria.
  • Limbi străine: Cunoștințe de limba engleză.
  • Abilități personale: Gândire orientată pe proces, dorință de învățare, spirit analitic, bune abilități de comunicare și de lucru în echipă.

Căutăm un Inginer Proiectant Mecanic CAD motivat și experimentat pentru departamentul nostru Mechanical Manufacture din Hunedoara. Îți dorești să faci parte dintr-o echipă energică și entuziastă? Alătură-te și pune-ți amprenta pe proiecte de inginerie de înaltă precizie!

Responsabilități principale:

  • Proiectare & Detaliere: Proiectarea și detalierea ansamblurilor, mașinilor simple și componentelor individuale complexe, executarea sarcinilor de proiectare pe baza conceptelor stabilite și coordonarea tehnică a echipelor pentru ansambluri/piese complexe.
  • Optimizare matrițe: Proiectarea și implementarea modificărilor și optimizărilor pentru sculele matrițelor de injecție de înaltă complexitate, derivate din abaterile de proces și analiza măsurătorilor.
  • Modelare CAD 3D: Proiectarea, optimizarea și modificarea sculelor de turnare prin injecție de înaltă complexitate și precizie utilizând sistemul CATIA V5.
  • Dezvoltare soluții fabricabile: Aplicarea expertizei aprofundate în fabricarea sculelor și a cunoștințelor solide despre procesul de turnare prin injecție pentru a livra soluții tehnice practice și eficiente.
  • Suport pentru Producție / Automotive: Analiza și implementarea cerințelor de optimizare, modificare și reparare generate de proiectele liniei de producție auto și operațiunile de fabricare a sculelor.
  • Documentație tehnică: Pregătirea documentației structurate de modificare și reparare pe baza analizei systematice a cauzelor principale (Root Cause Analysis).
