Te interesează munca activă și vrei un job dinamic în Olanda? Căutăm persoane energice pentru poziția de Lucrător / Lucrătoare în depozit (Warehouse Worker) la PostNL, în Tilburg. Majoritatea activității se desfășoară pe timp de noapte, ritmul e alert, iar echipa e gata să te susțină pas cu pas.

Responsibilities

  • Sortare-Scanare, Încărcarea și descărcarea tirurilor cu containere rulante sau pachete individuale;
  • Manipularea coletelor cu greutăți între ~10 și 30 kg în condiții sigure;
  • Lucru în schimburi de noapte, seară sau dimineață, conform programului stabilit;
  • Respectarea procedurilor de securitate și a instrucțiunilor de manipulare a mărfii;
  • Colaborare strânsă cu mentorul și colegii pentru a asigura fluxul optim al operațiunilor;
  • Posibilitatea de a lucra ocazional în alte depozite PostNL din regiune (Den Bosch, Utrecht, Son, Breda).

Cerinte

  • Condiție fizică bună și disponibilitate pentru muncă predominant pe timp de noapte;
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză la nivel conversațional — necesare pentru comunicare în echipă;
  • Pașaport sau carte de identitate valabile, număr BSN — BSN este obligatoriu (compania oferă suport pentru obținerea lui);
  • Certificat de cazier judiciar (cerință pentru completarea dosarului);
  • Completarea instruirii digitale înainte de începerea lucrului — mentorul te va ghida dacă ai nevoie de ajutor;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B (UE) reprezintă un avantaj; permisele emise în afara UE nu sunt acceptate.

Benefits

  • Salariu de bază: 14,99 EUR / oră;
  • Sporuri de schimb atractive: 22:00–24:00 = 120%, 00:00–06:00 = 120%; sâmbătă 00:00–24:00 = 140%; duminică = 200%;
  • Ore suplimentare bine plătite: sâmbătă 00:00–18:00 = 150%; din sâmbătă 18:00 până luni 00:00 = 200%; zile legale și a doua zi (00:00–06:00) = 200%;
  • Program flexibil în trei schimburi: dimineață 05:00–13:00, seară 17:00–02:45, noapte între 19:00–09:30;
  • Lucru în medie 4 nopți pe săptămână, cu o limită maximă de 140 de schimburi de noapte pe an; la atingerea limitei, persoanele cu performanțe bune pot fi reorientate către alte poziții;
  • Opțiuni de transport: candidații cu permis pot primi mașină de serviciu pentru transport fără costuri pentru șofer; bonus net de 7,50 EUR / săptămână pentru menținerea curățeniei vehiculului;
  • Cazare și asigurare disponibile prin parteneri (Randstad / Tempo Team) — sumele sunt deduse săptămânal (cazare 159,85 EUR/pers./săptămână; asigurare medicală 38,49 EUR/pers./săptămână). Nu se solicită costuri în avans.
