Căutăm șoferi profesioniști C+E pentru transport internațional (comunitate), care își doresc stabilitate, care apreciază munca individuală și care își doresc să facă parte dintr-o companie de tip familial, unde echilibrul dintre viața profesională și cea personală este respectat

Cerințe:

  • Permis de conducere categoria C+E, atestat transport marfă.
  • Seriozitate, disciplină și respect pentru timpii legali de conducere și odihnă (managementul interzice depășirea orelor legale).
  • Disponibilitate pentru program în sistem de rotație: 4 săptămâni pe comunitate cu 1 săptămână repaus acasă.
  • Atenție și responsabilitate pentru securizarea corectă a mărfii.
  • Atitudine profesionistă și un stil de condus preventiv (eco-driving).
  • Utilizarea de bază a smartphone-ului (comunicare pe WhatsApp și scanare documente).

Responsabilități:

  • Efectuarea transporturilor de marfă pe teritoriul Europei, exclusiv în regim de echipaj simplu (fără curse în 2).
  • Verificarea, lashing-ul și securizarea corectă a încărcăturii conform normelor europene.
  • Scanarea onboard a documentelor CMR și menținerea comunicării curente prin WhatsApp cu coordonatorul.
  • Respectarea cu strictețe a legislației privind timpii de conducere și odihnă.
  • Utilizarea corectă a camionului dedicat și a echipamentelor (aparate de taxe, carduri de combustibil).
  • Asumarea respectării regulilor de circulație în trafic (amenzile personale, ex. viteză, centură, cad în sarcina șoferului).

Program clar de 4 săptămâni pe comunitate urmate de 1 săptămână completă acasă (perioada de lucru se poate prelungi doar dacă șoferul își dorește asta) Fiecare șofer primește propriul camion care rămâne al lui inclusiv în perioadele de repaus (fără disconfortul de a împărți cabina) / camioane noi Renault, configurate special pentru distanțe lungi / Cabine spațioase dotate cu aer condiționat staționar (parking cooler), esențial pentru odihna de calitate pe timp de vară.
  • Angajatorul preia integral costurile pentru defecțiuni tehnice sau probleme administrative ale încărcăturii (șoferul plătește doar amenzile strict personale, de exemplu viteza sau centura).
