The posting

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager, a sales professional with solid experience in the telecommunications sector and familiarity with local operators in Romania.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently expand and maintain relationships with local telecom operators, including gathering customer requirements and project information, while also assisting in the execution of some major projects.
  • Participate in and organize the implementation of customer relationship planning.
  • Handle the complete operations of significant sales projects, including negotiation, contract signing, as well as tracking sales orders.
  • Collect market information, including customer projects and competitors, to provide foundational data and information for marketing and product planning.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments for coordination and resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Telecommunication, Computer Science or other related disciplines is preferred.
  • Work Experience: More than 4 years of working experience in the telecom industry, with relevant experience in sales, market development or technical support.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced / Fluent level of proficiency in both Romanian and English.
  • Personal Traits: Possess excellent communication, negotiation and cross-team collaboration skills, with strong market sensitivity and business execution.
