  • Experiență: Minimum 2 ani de experiență în coordonarea unei echipe, specific în agenții de Muncă Temporară / Staffing HR.
  • Competențe tehnice:
  • Cunoștințe aprofundate ale legislației muncii din România, în special a reglementărilor privind Munca prin Agent de Muncă Temporară.
  • Nivel intermediar spre avansat de limba engleză.
  • Competențe avansate de MS Office (în special Excel pentru raportare, prognoză financiară și analiză de date).
  • Competențe interpersonale (Soft Skills):
  • Abilități excelente de leadership, comunicare și luare a deciziilor.
  • Viziune de business (business acumen) cu un accent puternic pe rezultate și eficiență financiară.
  • Nivel ridicat de organizare, gândire analitică și rezistență la stres.

Ești un lider de staffing cu experiență și ai o bază solidă în domeniul muncii temporare (servicii de recrutare și plasare de personal)? Excelezi în coordonarea echipelor, optimizarea proceselor administrative și colaborarea cu echipele comerciale pentru a susține creșterea businessului?

Căutăm un Staffing Lead care să gestioneze departamentul nostru de Muncă Temporară, să supravegheze administrarea de HR și estimarea costurilor și să ne conducă echipa spre excelență operațională!

Atribuții principale:

  • Leadership și dezvoltarea echipei:
  • Conducerea, îndrumarea și mentoratul direct al unei echipe de specialiști HR care gestionează angajații temporari și conturile de clienți.
  • Monitorizarea performanței echipei, stabilirea KPI-urilor și stimularea dezvoltării personale și profesionale continue.
  • Operațiuni și management financiar:
  • Supravegherea tuturor proceselor de administrare HR: contracte de muncă, dosare de personal, pontaj, concedii și conformitate legală.
  • Gestionarea proceselor de pregătire și validare a salariilor (payroll).
  • Legătură cu departamentul financiar: Colaborarea strânsă cu departamentul Financiar pentru închiderile lunare, estimarea costurilor cu forța de muncă, bugetare și raportare financiară pentru proiectele de muncă temporară.
  • Suport comercial:
  • Sprijinirea echipelor comerciale în elaborarea unor oferte competitive pentru serviciile de Muncă Temporară.
  • Evaluarea fezabilității administrative și a structurilor de preț pentru noile oferte comerciale.
  • Identificarea de noi oportunități de business și extinderea serviciilor în cadrul conturilor de clienți existente.
  • Relația cu clienții și asigurarea calității:
  • Menținerea unor relații solide cu clienții cheie, colectarea feedbackului și asigurarea respectării acordurilor privind nivelul serviciilor (SLA-uri) și a KPI-urilor.
  • Punct principal de escaladare pentru situații complexe de dreptul muncii sau de natură administrativă.
