Căutăm colegi dinamici și comunicativi pentru a se alătura echipei noastre din București în rolul de Specialist Suport Tehnic (Voice) pentru un brand global de top în electrocasnice. Ce oferim (Pachet de Beneficii):

  • Contract de muncă pe perioadă nedeterminată (cu o perioadă de probă de 3 luni).
  • Bonus de Relocare consistent: Pentru candidații din afara Bucureștiului care se pot reloca imediat, oferim decontarea transportului și un ajutor de chirie de 3.000 EUR brut (plătit în 6 tranșe lunare a câte 500 EUR brut/lună).
  • Signing Bonus substanțial: Un bonus de angajare în valoare totală de 3.000 EUR brut, condiționat de prezența la birou (plătit în 6 rate lunare de câte 500 EUR brut).
  • Bonusuri de Performanță scalabile (acordate după finalizarea perioadei de probă): După 3 luni: 1.000 RON Gross După 12 luni: 1.250 RON Gross După 24 luni: 1.750 RON Gross
  • Tichete de masă: Valoare actuală de 30 RON/zi lucrată (care va crește la 35 RON/zi începând cu luna iulie).
  • Decont pentru transport: 120 RON/lună.
  • Program de lucru hibrid flexibil: Primele 6 luni se vor desfășura exclusiv la birou pentru o integrare excelentă, urmând ca ulterior să trecem la un model de lucru hibrid.
  • Locație de top: Sediu modern în zona Campus 6.3 (Bulevardul Iuliu Maniu 6, București).

Program de lucru:

Activitatea se desfășoară full-time (40 ore/săptămână), în ture inegale distribuite în următoarele intervale orare:

  • Luni – Vineri: 09:00 – 22:00
  • Sâmbătă: 09:00 – 19:00

Profilul Candidatului Ideal:

  • Limbi străine: Fluent în Limba Germană (minimum nivel C1). Cunoștințele de limba engleză constituie un avantaj (necesare doar pentru uz intern/training, nu pentru suportul cu clienții).
  • Experiență: Experiența anterioară în customer service, consumer care sau contact center reprezintă un plus. Experiența în gestionarea reclamațiilor sau a cazurilor escaladate constituie un avantaj major.
  • Abilități tehnice: Cunoștințe bune de operare MS Office (Excel, Outlook) și o viteză minimă de tastare de 20 WPM.
  • Soft Skills: Excelente abilități de comunicare, empatie, capacitatea de a rămâne calm sub presiune și bune abilități de organizare.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Preluarea și rezolvarea solicitărilor venite din partea clienților prin canalul telefonic, respectând indicatorii de performanță (SLA și KPIs).
  • Dezvoltarea unei cunoașteri solide a produselor din portofoliul brandului pentru a oferi asistență tehnică corectă.
  • Identificarea situațiilor complexe și escaladarea/transferarea lor către departamentele dedicate, atunci când este necesar.
  • Înregistrarea corectă și acurată a tuturor apelurilor și interacțiunilor în sistemele interne, conform procedurilor.
  • Utilizarea manualelor de utilizare ale produselor pentru a recomanda cele mai bune soluții clienților.
  • Adaptarea rapidă la schimbările de procedură și la lansările de noi campanii.
