Incorporadora e construtora com múltiplos empreendimentos residenciais em andamento na Baixada Fluminense (RJ) busca profissional sênior para prestação de serviços de gestão financeira.

Escopo dos serviços

• Gestão do fluxo de caixa por SPE e holdings, com posição consolidada para a diretoria

• Estruturação e controle de contas a pagar, contas a receber e conciliação bancária

• Coordenação técnica das atividades financeiras

• Interface com CAIXA (financiamento na planta / associativo, medições), contabilidade e auditoria

• Acompanhamento de patrimônio de afetação, RET e impactos da reforma tributária (CBS/IBS)

• Relatórios gerenciais e indicadores para tomada de decisão

Requisitos

• Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou Engenharia

• Pós-graduação em Controladoria e/ou Finanças (obrigatório)

• Experiência sólida em gestão financeira de incorporadora ou construtora com múltiplas SPEs

• Vivência com financiamento CAIXA (MCMV/associativo) e medições de obra

• Experiência comprovada coordenando equipes financeiras

• Excel avançado

• Sienge (forte diferencial)

• CNPJ ativo para emissão de nota fiscal
