The posting

Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients un Consultant Project Management Office Infrastructure !

Mission : Assurer le pilotage opérationnel et la gouvernance de la Production IT en garantissant la disponibilité, la performance et la résilience des solutions techniques.

Missions :

  • Piloter les initiatives, la gouvernance et les plans d'amélioration de la Production IT.
  • Garantir la continuité d'activité et coordonner les dispositifs de résilience (PRA/PCA, exercices et tests).
  • Superviser les incidents, problèmes et demandes de support, en assurant leur résolution et leur suivi.
  • Veiller à la performance, la capacité, la disponibilité et l'évolution des infrastructures et applications.
  • Maintenir la documentation, les procédures d'exploitation et les tableaux de bord de pilotage.
  • Contribuer à l'industrialisation des solutions et à l'amélioration continue des services.
  • Participer à la définition des roadmaps techniques et accompagner les projets de transformation.

Profil

Compétences clés :

  • Excellentes capacités de communication, de coordination et de travail en équipe.
  • Esprit d'analyse, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultats.
  • Autonomie, proactivité et aptitude à résoudre des problématiques complexes.
  • Capacité à fédérer les parties prenantes et à accompagner le changement.
  • Maîtrise du FR/ANG

Compétences techniques :

  • Bonne connaissance des environnements de Production IT, de la gouvernance IT et des processus ITIL.
  • Maîtrise des dispositifs de continuité d'activité et de reprise (PRA/PCA).
  • Compréhension des infrastructures IT (serveurs, réseaux, bases de données, middleware).
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • La connaissance de Power BI, Power Query ou ServiceNow est un plus.
