Over de opdrachtgever: Onze opdrachtgever, een associatie van twee à drie notarissen met een tiental medewerkers in Roeselare, is op zoek naar een Notarieel Medewerker Vastgoed. Het kantoor begeleidt kopers, verkopers, investeerders en banken en hecht veel belang aan een open samenwerking tussen notaris, juristen en medewerkers.

Jobomschrijving

Wat houdt de job in: Je volgt je dossiers nauwgezet op, van de eerste opzoekingen tot de afhandeling na de ondertekening. Eenmaal ingewerkt, krijg je de kans om ook complexere dossiers op te nemen.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Afrekeningen: Je maakt de afrekeningen op en volgt de betaling van registratierechten, erelonen en kosten mee op.
  • Aktemodellen: Je werkt mee aan uniforme aktemodellen en helpt zo de dienstverlening van het kantoor te verbeteren.
  • Kredietakten: Je stelt hypotheek- en kredietakten op en stemt af met banken en kredietmakelaars.
  • Verkoopdossiers: Je beheert verkoopdossiers van compromis tot akte: je vraagt de attesten op (bodemattest, EPC, stedenbouwkundige inlichtingen, keuring elektriciteit) en bewaakt de opschortende voorwaarden.
  • Opzoekingen: Je voert de nodige opzoekingen uit bij het kadaster, de Patrimoniumdocumentatie, de gemeente en de centrale registers.
  • Juridische opvolging: Je volgt wetgeving en rechtspraak op en vertaalt ze naar concrete aandachtspunten voor je dossiers.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor rechtspraktijk of een gelijkwaardig diploma.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 tot 4 jaar ervaring als dossierbeheerder in het notariaat of een andere juridische sector.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met vastgoedtransacties, kredietakten en de attesten die bij een verkoop horen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt overleg wanneer een dossier dat vraagt.
  • Je bent empathisch en begeleidt cliënten in een moeilijke periode met respect en geduld.
  • Je bent discreet en integer, en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail: in een akte telt elk woord.
