Onze opdrachtgever is REMONDIS, een familiebedrijf dat werd opgericht in 1934. Het is actief in 34 landen en is uitgegroeid tot een van de grootste wereldwijde dienstverleners in recycling, afvalinzameling en afvalwaterbehandeling.

Duurzaamheid staat centraal in de bedrijfsfilosofie. REMONDIS investeert in duurzame inzameling en innovatieve recyclingtechnieken om een circulaire economie te realiseren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als echte Business Controller fungeer je als het financiële geweten van een aantal vestigingen in Zuid-Holland. Je werkt nauw samen met vestigingsleiders, regiodirecties en diverse (financiële) disciplines binnen de organisatie en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Group Finance Manager.

Deze dynamische rol stelt je in staat om een significante impact te maken door het analyseren van maandelijkse resultaten, het voorbereiden van jaarlijkse begrotingen en het vaststellen van commerciële, operationele en financiële kengetallen.

In de rol van Business Controller denk je actief mee over de strategie van de vestigingen en adviseer je jouw stakeholders bij operationele-, commerciële en financiële vraagstukken. Oftewel: jij fungeert als schakel tussen finance en de operatie, waarbij afstemming en effectieve communicatie worden gewaarborgd.

Wat breng je mee?

Wij zoeken een proactieve en analytische Business Controller die sterk is in proces- en procedurematig denken. Je staat graag met je ene voet in de financiële wereld en met je andere voet in de operatie. Hierdoor kun je gemakkelijk schakelen tussen beide werelden en de vertaalslagen maken.

Als professional ben je klantgericht, benaderbaar, integer, zelfstandig en werk je graag in teamverband. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, opleidingsrichting bedrijfseconomie, SPD of bedrijfskunde;
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Kennis van financiële software, powerBI én Excel;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlands en Engels taal (spreken & schrijven).

Wat krijg je ervoor terug?

Het betreft een uitdagende functie in een dynamische en toekomstgerichte werkomgeving. REMONDIS is een familiebedrijf en wereldwijd actief, waardoor je komt te werken in een stabiele en professionele organisatie.

Het salaris bedraagt, afhankelijk van je ervaring, maximaal E 92.000,- per jaar (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, inclusief vakantiegeld). Een greep uit de arbeidsvoorwaarden:
