Voor Stater in Amersfoort zoeken wij een Medior Risk Manager.  Stater is een toonaangevende fintech-onderneming die voor banken en andere geldverstrekkers het volledige beheer van hypotheekportefeuilles verzorgt.  Als Medior Risk Manager (2e lijn) ben jij degene die risico's niet alleen signaleert, maar ze ook echt laat landen in de organisatie en deze ondersteunt in het aantoonbaar beheersen van deze risico's. Je zit midden in het speelveld, werkt samen met directie, management en de eerste lijn en jij zorgt dat risicobeheer leeft in de organisatie, niet alleen op papier.

Wat zij beiden?

  • een salaris tot € 86.000,- per jaar (o.b.v. 40 uur inclusief vakantiegeld & flex-budget);

Wat ga je doen?

Je maakt deel uit van het Risk Management team (12 collega's) binnen Finance & Risk in Amersfoort en rapporteert aan de Teamlead Assurance Services.

Concreet houd jij je bezig met:

  • uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en het inrichten van risk & control frameworks, en ook ondersteunen van de 1e lijn in de implementatie van deze controls;
  • testen en monitoren of controls/ interne beheersingsmaatregelen daadwerkelijk werken zoals beoogd;
  • begeleiden van ISAE 3402 / SOC 2 van audits en operationeel contact met accountants;
  • beheren en actueel houden van de administratieve organisatie (AO/IC);
  • verhogen van risicobewustzijn en risico-eigenaarschap in de organisatie

Wat breng je mee?

We zoeken geen perfecte cv's, we zoeken iemand die snapt wat hier nodig is en zichzelf snel thuis voelt in het risk team en Stater als geheel. Binnen drie maanden werk je zelfstandig. Daarvoor heb je de instelling nodig van iemand die leergierig is, proactief handelt en niet schroomt om vragen te stellen.

Dit breng je mee:

  • bachelor of master diploma bedrijfskunde, bedrijfseconomie, accountancy of vergelijkbaar;
  • 3 - 5 jaar relevante ervaring in riskmanagement, audit of compliance;
  • aantoonbare ervaring met risicomethodieken en AO/IC;
  • kennis van ISAE 3402 / ISAE 3000 / SOC 2 of een vergelijkbaar raamwerk;
  • achtergrond bij een financiële instelling, tech- of fintechbedrijf;
  • ervaring met GRC-software en Power BI is een pré.
