The posting

Voor Stater in Amersfoort zoeken wij een Senior Inkoper.  Als Senior Inkoper bij Stater ben jij de drijvende kracht achter grootschalige inkooptrajecten, met een focus op IT-diensten en business process outsourcing. Inkoop heeft een stevige plek binnen de organisatie en zit direct aan tafel bij strategische keuzes, samenwerking met leveranciers en de ontwikkeling van de business. Jij denkt mee, praat mee en hebt echt invloed op de richting die we kiezen.  Stater is een toonaangevende fintech-onderneming die voor banken en andere geldverstrekkers het volledige beheer van hypotheekportefeuilles verzorgt.  

Wat zij bieden

  • een salaris tot € 98.000,- per jaar (o.b.v. 40 uur inclusief vakantiegeld & flex-budget);

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een team van 8 collega's en rapporteert aan de Manager Inkoop. Samen bouwen jullie verder aan een afdeling die bekendstaat om kwaliteit, initiatief en slimme oplossingen. Niet alleen ondersteunen, maar echt waarde toevoegen, bij ieder contract en iedere samenwerking.

In deze rol rond je inkooptrajecten in overeenstemming met beleid en wet- en regelgeving af: van A tot Z en zelfstandig. Jij:

  • onderhandelt stevige resultaten die bijdragen aan de strategie en groei van Stater;
  • beheert en onderhoudt leveranciersrelaties en bewaakt de kwaliteit van contracten;
  • werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Risk, IT en Business Owners) en zorgt voor draagvlak over afdelingsgrenzen heen;
  • behoudt overzicht in complexe trajecten met meerdere betrokken partijen en uiteenlopende belangen;
  • signaleert verbeterkansen in processen en pakt die proactief op.

 

Wat breng je mee?

Stater opereert in een complexe financiële omgeving, waar wet- en regelgeving, governance en interne afstemming een belangrijke rol spelen. Juist daarin maak jij het verschil: je houdt overzicht, verbindt de juiste stakeholders op het juiste moment en zorgt dat trajecten soepel blijven bewegen, zonder grip op kwaliteit of voortgang te verliezen.

Als Senior Inkoper ben jij niet bang om je nek uit te steken, durft tegengas te geven waar nodig en weet toch verbinding te houden met alle partijen. Je maakt makkelijk contact, bent sociaal en communicatief sterk en denkt graag actief mee met de business.

Verder beschik je over:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau; NEVI-opleiding is een pré;
  • minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als inkoper van IT- gerelateerde diensten (geen productinkoop);
  • ervaring bij een financiële instelling of andere sterk gereguleerde sector (bijv. telecom) is een pre;
  • ervaring met contractbeoordeling en -onderhandelingen;
  • kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving rondom inkoop en uitbesteding.
