Voor onze vaste partner Brightlyn, een gespecialiseerd cyber security- en IT-auditbureau in Den Haag, zijn wij op zoek naar een (Senior) Manager IT Audit & Security Risk.

Bij Brightlyn werken jullie samen met maatschappelijk kritieke organisaties om security governance te versterken, cyberrisico's te beheersen en te voldoen aan regelgeving: met een boutique-aanpak die pragmatisch, effectief en verdedigbaar is.

Deze rol is bedoeld voor IT Audit-professionals die hun audit-expertise willen inzetten in een bredere en meer impactvolle advies context.

Wat zij bieden

Wat ga je doen?

Als (Senior) Manager IT Audit & Security Risk ben je vertrouwde adviseur voor CISOs, CIOs, Risk Managers en bestuurders. Je zet je audit-vaardigheden in om security governance, risicomanagement en beheersmaatregelen te beoordelen, te structureren en te verbeteren.  Daarbij vertaal je regelgevende en security-eisen naar pragmatische, haalbare oplossingen. Je combineert een audit-mindset met expertise op het gebied van security en cyberrisico om organisaties aantoonbaar in control te krijgen van hun informatiebeveiliging.  Je ondersteunt en leidt klanten bij het automatiseren van IT- en security-controles. Zo help je ze van handmatige, periodieke assessments over te stappen naar efficiëntere en schaalbaardere werkwijzen.  In deze rol werk je in verschillende sectoren, waaronder financiële dienstverlening, publieke sector, nutsbedrijven, productie en retail – vaak in complexe, gereguleerde omgevingen waar jouw achtergrond echt waarde toevoegt.

Wat breng je mee?

Deze rol past bij jou als: Jij van beoordelen naar verbeteren wilt: niet alleen controls checken, maar organisaties helpen ze te versterken. Jij assurance, advisory en security wilt: combinatie in één rol. Jij graag dicht bij én met beslissers wilt werken aan complexe risico vraagstukken.

  • 6-9 jaar ervaring hebt in IT Audit, Technology Risk of IT Assurance, bij voorkeur op Manager- of Senior Manager-niveau (Big-4 of vergelijkbaar);
  • een WO Master-diploma hebt; een post-master (bijv. RE) is een sterke plus;
  • beschikt over certificeringen zoals CISSP, CISM en/of CISA;
  • bewezen in staat bent om IT- en security-risico's te beoordelen, structureren en uit te leggen;
  • ervaring hebt met ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST CSF of andere control frameworks;
  • interesse hebt in of ervaring hebt met NIS2, DORA of vergelijkbare regelgeving
