The posting

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einer führenden Privatklinik in Zürich, besetzen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Position als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann für die Überwachungsstation.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Überwachung, Pflege und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten auf der Überwachungsstation (IMC) in allen medizinischen Fachgebieten.
  • Verantwortung für die postoperative Überwachung der Vitalzeichen sowie der operationsspezifischen Pflegemassnahmen.
  • Selbstständiges Ausführen der vom Arzt verordneten diagnostischen, therapeutischen und prophylaktischen Massnahmen.
  • Sicherstellen einer einwandfreien Leistungserfassung und lückenlosen Pflegedokumentation.
  • Rasches Erkennen von Notfallsituationen sowie das Einleiten adäquater Massnahmen bis zum Eintreffen des Ärzteteams.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann (FH/HF).
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung in Intensivpflege, Anästhesie oder IMC, oder die Bereitschaft, den IMC-Kurs zu absolvieren.
  • Hohes Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie deren Angehörigen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität für den Schichtbetrieb (24/7).
  • Motivation, Ihr Fachwissen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg der Klinik zu leisten.
