Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einer renommierten Klinik im Raum Zürich, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung des Pflegeteams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bedarfs- und kundenorientierte Pflege und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten gemäss Pflegeprozess in einem interprofessionellen Team.
  • Ganzheitliche und individuelle Betreuung der dir zugeteilten Patienten.
  • Selbstständiges Umsetzen der vom Arzt verordneten diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen.
  • Erkennen und Beherrschen von Notfallsituationen sowie Einleiten adäquater Massnahmen.
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Patientendokumentation und Informationsweitergabe.
  • Durchführung von abteilungsinternen Evaluationen sowie fachspezifischen Kurzfortbildungen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH (oder SRK-anerkannter Abschluss).
  • Berufserfahrung im Akutspital ist erforderlich.
  • Grosse Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und ein hohes Organisationstalent.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau B2).
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse.
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen.
