The posting

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einer führenden Klinik im Raum Zürich, besetzen wir die Position einer engagierten und erfahrenen Führungspersönlichkeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative und personelle Führung der Bettenabteilung mit Schwerpunkt Urologie mit 21 Betten.
  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Abteilungsbetriebes unter Berücksichtigung der organisatorischen und personellen Ressourcen.
  • Umsetzung der Pflegestrategie der Klinik sowie Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Abteilungsziele.
  • Sicherstellen eines bedarfsgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Personaleinsatzes.
  • Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege zu 40%, inklusive planbarer Dienste am Wochenende.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH.
  • Abgeschlossene Führungsweiterbildung oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren.
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich eines Schweizer Spitals.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung, mindestens auf Stufe Stv. Stationsleitung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich).
  • Gepflegte Umgangsformen, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Arbeit in einem professionellen Umfeld.
