The posting

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem führenden Unternehmen im Gesundheitswesen in der Region Zürich, besetzen wir die spannende Position als Junior-Projektleiter/in für Infrastrukturprojekte.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die Umsetzung von Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekten im laufenden Klinikbetrieb.
  • Du begleitest den Ersatz von medizinischen Grossgeräten (z.B. CT, MRT, OP-Technik) von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme.
  • Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Ärzten, Pflegepersonal, Technik, Medizintechnik sowie externen Planern, Unternehmern und Lieferanten.
  • Du koordinierst Termine, begleitest die Arbeiten auf der Baustelle und stellst die termingerechte Fertigstellung sicher.
  • Du organisierst Abnahmen, Tests sowie Schulungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start neuer Anlagen.
  • Du bereitest aussagekräftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen für verschiedene Stakeholder und das Management vor.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine technische Grundausbildung auf FH- oder HF-Niveau abgeschlossen (z.B. in Gebäudetechnik/HLKSE, Bauleitung, Medizintechnik oder technisches Facility Management).
  • Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung aus der Leitung von Bau-, Umbau- oder technischen Projekten mit.
  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse an technisch anspruchsvollen Projekten und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung aus dem Gesundheitswesen mit.
  • Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die gerne im Team arbeitet und über eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise verfügt.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.
