Für den Ausbau des Core-Engineering-Bereichs suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Microsoft Azure, hybriden Infrastrukturen und Infrastructure as a Service.

In dieser Position sind Sie für Konzeption, Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und den stabilen Betrieb moderner Azure-Infrastrukturen verantwortlich. Sie entwickeln sichere und skalierbare Plattformen, standardisieren wiederkehrende Aufgaben und begleiten Kunden bei der Transformation von klassischen On-Premises-Umgebungen hin zu hybriden oder vollständig cloudbasierten Lösungen.

Ihre Aufgaben - Konzeption, Aufbau und Betrieb von Microsoft-Azure-Infrastrukturen und Azure-IaaS-Lösungen - Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Azure Landing Zones, Governance-, Sicherheits- und Namensstandards - Planung und Umsetzung hybrider Infrastrukturen: Site-to-Site- und Point-to-Site-VPN, ExpressRoute - Virtual Networks, Subnets, VNet Peering, Routing, Network Security Groups, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoints - Hub-and-Spoke-Netzwerkarchitekturen konzipieren und betreiben - Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID integrieren und weiterentwickeln - Conditional Access, MFA, Azure RBAC, Least-Privilege- und Privileged-Access-Konzepte - Monitoring, Logging und Alerting mit Azure Monitor, Log Analytics und Diagnostic Settings - Backup und Disaster Recovery mit Azure Backup und Azure Site Recovery, inklusive RPO- und RTO-Vorgaben - Automatisierung mit Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell oder Ansible; Deployments über Azure DevOps oder GitHub Actions - Root-Cause-Analysen bei komplexen Störungen, technische Verantwortung bei kritischen Incidents - Beratung von Kunden bei Architektur-, Security- und Betriebsfragen

Ihr Profil - Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System, Cloud oder Infrastructure Engineer - Fundierte Praxis mit Microsoft Azure, insbesondere Infrastructure as a Service - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Azure Networking sowie in Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID - Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Linux von Vorteil - Erfahrung mit Azure Monitor, Azure Backup und Azure Site Recovery - Gute PowerShell-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Terraform oder Bicep - Verständnis für Cloud Governance, Security und Kostenoptimierung - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil Microsoft-Azure-Zertifizierungen, Erfahrung im Managed-Service-Provider-Umfeld, Azure Landing Zones, Cloud Adoption Framework, Azure Arc, Microsoft Defender for Cloud oder Sentinel, VMware- oder Hyper-V-Migrationen nach Azure, Kubernetes bzw. AKS, ITIL-Prozesse.
