A Kapta está em fase de crescimento e busca um(a) Analista de Branding & Design Pleno para atuar na construção e fortalecimento da marca. Buscamos uma pessoa criativa, organizada, autônoma e com perfil hands-on, que consiga transformar ideias em soluções visuais e acompanhar os projetos desde a criação até a entrega final.

A posição terá forte atuação inicialmente em branding e comunicação visual das estações de autoatendimento e, posteriormente, também em iniciativas digitais, como site, materiais institucionais e redes sociais.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Desenvolver materiais de branding e identidade visual;
  • Criar layouts para estações de autoatendimento, PDVs e comunicação visual;
  • Desenvolver folders, flyers, adesivos, displays, placas e materiais institucionais;
  • Criar materiais para eventos e ações comerciais;
  • Acompanhar orçamentos, fornecedores, produção gráfica e instalações;
  • Validar provas, materiais, cores e acabamentos;
  • Acompanhar projetos desde a criação até a entrega;
  • Apoiar a evolução do site institucional;
  • Criar materiais para redes sociais e campanhas;
  • Contribuir para a consistência visual da marca em diferentes canais;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para apoiar a criação e aumentar a produtividade.
  • Formação superior ou técnica em Design, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Design Gráfico, Design
  • Digital ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com branding e identidade visual;
  • Domínio de Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop ou ferramentas similares;
  • Experiência com criação de materiais gráficos;
  • Experiência na gestão de fornecedores e acompanhamento de produção;
  • Bom senso estético e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Organização e capacidade de gerenciar diferentes projetos;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Perfil hands-on, proativo e autônomo.

  • Experiência em startups;
  • Experiência com branding de ambientes físicos e comunicação visual;
  • Conhecimento em processos de impressão e materiais gráficos;
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de sites;
  • Conhecimento em UX/UI;
  • Experiência com redes sociais;
  • Conhecimento em edição de vídeos;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial generativa.
