Sobre a oportunidade A Mendes Talent, em parceria com a Rede D’Or, está em busca de um(a) Analista de RH Pleno para atuar com foco em Recrutamento e Seleção, integrando um projeto de alto volume e dinâmica operacional.

Buscamos profissionais proativos, organizados, ágeis e com perfil operacional, que tenham facilidade para trabalhar com alto volume de posições e disponibilidade para atuar em diferentes demandas do processo seletivo.

O profissional será responsável pela condução de aproximadamente 50 vagas simultaneamente, acompanhando as etapas do processo seletivo desde a divulgação e triagem até o fechamento das posições.

Principais responsabilidades Condução de processos seletivos de ponta a ponta; Alinhamento de perfil e requisitos das posições junto às áreas solicitantes; Divulgação de vagas em diferentes canais de recrutamento; Triagem e análise de currículos; Realização de entrevistas por competências; Avaliação de candidatos e elaboração de pareceres; Condução e acompanhamento de processos seletivos em alto volume; Gestão e atualização de banco de candidatos; Acompanhamento de indicadores e status das vagas; Contato e relacionamento com candidatos; Interface com gestores e áreas internas; Acompanhamento das etapas admissionais; Organização e controle das demandas e prazos de recrutamento.

Requisitos Ensino médio completo; Formação ou graduação em andamento/concluída em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas; Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção; Experiência com condução de processos seletivos de alto volume; Perfil proativo, organizado e operacional; Boa comunicação oral e escrita; Organização para trabalhar com múltiplas vagas simultaneamente; Disponibilidade para atuação no modelo híbrido, com 3 dias presenciais no Centro do Rio.

Será considerado diferencial Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção na área hospitalar; Experiência em consultorias de RH; Vivência com processos seletivos de grande volume; Conhecimento de sistemas e plataformas de recrutamento; Experiência com indicadores de R&S.

📍 Local: Centro do Rio de Janeiro – RJ

🏢 Modelo: Híbrido – 3 dias presenciais por semana

📅 Jornada: Segunda a sexta-feira, horário comercial

💰 Salário: R$ 4.000,00

🍽️ VR: R$ 36,00 por dia trabalhado

📄 Contrato: Temporário de até 9 meses, com grande possibilidade de efetivação
