Missão: Atuar na linha de frente do suporte técnico da Next4Sec, garantindo atendimento eficiente ecordial a solicitações e incidentes de usuários. O Analista N1 é responsável por registrar,categorizar, resolver chamados de baixa e média complexidade e escalar casos críticos ao N2,assegurando a continuidade e estabilidade dos serviços de TI dos nossos clientes.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Atender chamados via ferramenta ITSM (TomTicket), e-mail e telefone de forma organizada eprofissional.
  • Registrar, classificar e priorizar incidentes e requisições com clareza e objetividade.
  • Realizar suporte remoto a usuários (Windows, Office 365, Teams, Outlook, impressoras, rede,entre outros).
  • Realizar troubleshooting inicial em estações de trabalho, conectividade de rede, login epermissões de usuário.
  • Criar, habilitar e desabilitar contas em Active Directory e Microsoft 365, seguindo padrões desegurança.
  • Escalar corretamente chamados ao N2 com todas as informações e histórico registrados.
  • Auxiliar em implantações de softwares padronizados e pacotes de segurança.
  • Acompanhar chamados abertos até sua resolução e garantir retorno ao cliente.
  • Contribuir com a documentação de procedimentos técnicos e base de conhecimento interna.
  • Zelar pela imagem da Next4Sec durante o atendimento, mantendo postura proativa, cordial eprestativa.
  • Experiência prévia em help desk ou suporte técnico N1.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows (instalação, configuração, suporte).
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas do Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Noções de Active Directory (reset de senha, desbloqueio de conta, criação de usuário).
  • Habilidade com diagnóstico básico de rede (ping, ipconfig, conectividade).
  • Capacidade de operar ferramentas de acesso remoto e ITSM (Datto RMM, TomTicket ouequivalentes).
  • Facilidade em seguir procedimentos e registrar chamados de forma detalhada.

Certificações Desejáveis:

  • ITIL Foundation v4 (desejável)
  • Certificação MS-900 ou equivalente (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
  • CompTIA A+ ou similar será considerado diferencialiferenciais
