The posting

Atuar em um modelo de RH/DP generalista, será um grande diferencial vivencia em RH com rotinas de empresa de engenharia /Obras. Terá contato sistêmico entre as diferentes rotinas do departamento, permitindo uma visão integrada dos processos e das demandas relacionadas aos colaboradores. Será responsável por atividades de Departamento Pessoal, incluindo fechamento da folha de pagamento no sistema RHnydus, controles, benefícios, documentação e movimentações de colaboradores. A posição exige atuação em um ambiente dinâmico e com demandas simultâneas, sendo fundamental ter organização, agilidade e senso de prioridade para identificar o que precisa ser tratado imediatamente e o que pode aguardar, mantendo o controle dos processos e prazos.

Principais Atividades:

 Apoio na tratativa de Fechamento e conferência da Folha de pagamento no RHnydus, incluindo retenções de INSS e apontamento das equipes no sistema;

 Gestão e Tratativa dos Envios dos eventos para E-Social em conjunto com a contabilidade. Exceto de saúde e segurança.

 Tratamento de Ponto – Ponto Secullumm (Corporativo), cálculo de hora extra ( Operacional) , banco de horas, férias, benefícios e demais rotinas de DP.

 Admissões/Demissões e atendimento presencial aos colaboradores, em conjunto com o departamento;

 Gestão da documentação previdenciária de terceiros/subcontratados;

 Inclusão, exclusão e implantação de planos de saúde/Odonto/Vida;

 Gestão dos portais de clientes para envio, acompanhamento e tratativa da documentação dos colaboradores, portai como: BANCODOC, AFM GESTÃO, SG3, AUTODOC, MOBUS.

 Conhecimento de PGR, LTCAT e PCMSO, aplicados à realidade das obras, e das principais Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) relacionadas;

 Envio de documentação dos funcionários para as Integrações em conjunto com o departamento.

 Eventos internos de campanhas mensais de conscientização e or – JANEIRO A DEZ.
