Estamos buscando um(a) Gerente de Posto de Combustível para atuar na gestão de unidades localizadas na Zona Leste de São Paulo e região do ABC Paulista.

⛽ SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE

Você será responsável pela gestão operacional, administrativa, comercial e de pessoas dos postos sob sua responsabilidade, acompanhando de perto as equipes, os processos, o atendimento aos clientes e os resultados das unidades.

👔 PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

✅ Gestão geral da operação dos postos; ✅ Liderança, orientação e desenvolvimento das equipes; ✅ Distribuição e acompanhamento das atividades e rotinas; ✅ Garantia da qualidade, agilidade e cordialidade no atendimento; ✅ Acompanhamento de desempenho e realização de feedbacks; ✅ Participação em contratações, integrações e desligamentos; ✅ Elaboração e acompanhamento de escalas; ✅ Garantia dos padrões de organização, limpeza e conservação; ✅ Acompanhamento de estoques, produtos, óleos, combustíveis e controles internos; ✅ Conferência e acompanhamento de fechamentos e controles mensais; ✅ Gestão de metas e indicadores de desempenho; ✅ Desenvolvimento de ações comerciais e promocionais para aumento das vendas; ✅ Identificação de oportunidades para melhoria dos resultados; ✅ Elaboração de controles, planilhas e relatórios; ✅ Acompanhamento dos procedimentos e padrões da empresa; ✅ Atuação presencial em diferentes unidades conforme necessidade da operação.

🎯 O QUE BUSCAMOS?

Profissional com experiência em postos de combustíveis, gestão operacional e liderança de equipes.

É importante ter:

🔹 Experiência com gestão de postos de combustíveis; 🔹 Vivência com liderança e gestão de pessoas; 🔹 Conhecimento das rotinas operacionais do segmento; 🔹 Experiência com atendimento ao público; 🔹 Conhecimento em estoque, produtos, óleos e fechamento de operação; 🔹 Vivência com metas e indicadores; 🔹 Conhecimento de Pacote Office, especialmente Excel; 🔹 Boa comunicação e capacidade de resolução de problemas; 🔹 Perfil comercial, organizado, proativo e com senso de dono.

🚗 IMPORTANTE:* é necessário possuir CNH válida e veículo próprio (carro ou motocicleta), devido à necessidade de deslocamento entre as unidades.

#💰 REMUNERAÇÃO E BENEFÍCIOS

Salário fixo: R$ 5.120,00

💰 *Remuneração variável: R$ 1.000,00 a R$ 4.000,00*, conforme atingimento de metas e política da unidade.

🎁 Vale-Refeição: *R$ 31,50/dia* 🚌 Vale-Transporte 🛒 Cesta básica

📅 JORNADA

*Segunda a sexta:* 07h às 17h *Sábados:* 08h às 14h

⏰ Disponibilidade para horas extras conforme necessidade da operação.

📌 Fechamento mensal: no dia 1º de cada mês, atuação a partir das 06h para realização das conferências e controles de fechamento da unidade.

📍 REGIÃO DE ATUAÇÃO

Zona Leste de São Paulo e ABC Paulista

O profissional terá atuação dinâmica e poderá realizar deslocamentos entre diferentes unidades, de acordo com as necessidades da operação.

🚗 Por isso, CNH válida + veículo próprio são requisitos indispensáveis para a posição.
