A Kapta está em fase de crescimento e busca um(a) Product Owner Pleno/Sênior para atuar na evolução dos produtos, conectando estratégia, clientes, operações e tecnologia.

Buscamos uma pessoa analítica, organizada, estratégica e altamente hands-on, que tenha autonomia para identificar problemas, desenhar soluções, estruturar processos e transformar necessidades do negócio em produtos e melhorias reais.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Construir e evoluir a visão e o roadmap dos produtos;
  • Participar de reuniões com clientes e entender suas necessidades;
  • Realizar levantamento e validação de requisitos;
  • Conduzir atividades de Product Discovery;
  • Mapear processos atuais e desenhar novos processos;
  • Estruturar fluxos operacionais e jornadas de usuários;
  • Construir, organizar e priorizar o Product Backlog;
  • Elaborar histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de Tecnologia;
  • Acompanhar sprints, entregas e validações;
  • Coordenar iniciativas multidisciplinares;
  • Criar apresentações, documentações e materiais executivos;
  • Desenvolver protótipos e validar hipóteses;
  • Utilizar Inteligência Artificial para acelerar pesquisas, documentação, prototipação e entregas;
  • Apoiar projetos estratégicos envolvendo Produto, Tecnologia, Operações, Comercial e outras áreas.
  • Formação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência como Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst ou função similar;
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis;
  • Experiência na construção e priorização de backlog;
  • Experiência com levantamento de requisitos;
  • Conhecimento em Product Discovery;
  • Experiência com modelagem e desenho de processos;
  • Conhecimento em fluxogramas, BPMN e jornadas de usuário;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e de organização;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Domínio de PowerPoint e apresentações executivas;
  • Perfil altamente hands-on e autônomo;
  • Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e de rápida mudança. DIFERENCIAIS
  • Experiência em startups;
  • Experiência em logística, supply chain ou last mile;
  • Experiência com SaaS;
  • Conhecimento em IoT e produtos conectados;
  • Conhecimento em UX;
  • Experiência com APIs e integrações;
  • Conhecimento em Miro, Lucidchart, FigJam, Visio ou similares;
  • Experiência com ferramentas no-code e low-code;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial generativa;
  • Experiência com prototipação utilizando IA.
