Apresentação & Ativação Apresentar a plataforma Kapta ao seller Realizar a ativação do cliente no primeiro uso Garantir o primeiro cadastro e o primeiro envio Demonstrar valor das estações Kapta na prática

Acompanhamento & Recorrência Dar suporte aos sellers após a ativação Acompanhar até que se tornem clientes recorrentes Cumprir metas diárias e semanais de ativação Manter relacionamento ativo na carteira

CRM, Pipeline & Reporte Alimentar corretamente os dados no CRM Manter o pipeline atualizado Reportar indicadores ao Gerente Regional e CRO Apoiar marketing e inside sales com feedbacks de campo
