DEINE MISSION

Im Operations Team unterstützt du uns ganzheitlich im Tagesgeschäft und bist die Verbindung zu unseren Lieferant:innen: Du stimmst dich eigenständig mit ihnen ab, hältst unsere Daten im ERP sauber und prüfst Ware, wenn sie bei uns ankommt. Du dokumentierst unsere Prozesse und findest mit Datenanalysen heraus, wo es besser laufen kann. Dazu übernimmst du eigene Supply-Chain-Projekte, kleine wie größere. Die Stelle ist auf ​1 Jahr befristet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt bei unternehmensweiten Projekten und packst mit an, wo eine helfende Hand benötigt wird.
  • Du hilfst im Tagesgeschäft mit, von der Operations-Inbox bis zur Abwicklung von Bestellungen.
  • Du bist für die Kontrolle von Wareneingangsdokumenten und Auftragsbestätigungen zuständig, bearbeitest Rechnungen und pflegst die Daten in unserem ERP.
  • Du unterstützt die Qualitätssicherung und prüfst unsere Produkte direkt beim Wareneingang.
  • Du wertest regelmäßig Daten aus und bringst Vorschläge ein, wie wir unsere Partner Experience, unsere Prozesse und unsere Planung verbessern können.
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig Projekte in Supply Chain und Qualitätssicherung.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Du bist mindestens im 3. Semester eines Bachelorstudiengangs oder im Master eingeschrieben.
  • Idealerweise hast du schon erste Erfahrungen in Operations oder Supply Chain gesammelt, im Studium oder in einem Praktikum.
  • Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, zuverlässig und strukturiert.
  • Zahlen machen dir Spaß, du bringst fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse mit und willst darin noch besser werden.
  • Du packst selbst an und übernimmst Themen eigenständig, ohne auf Anweisungen zu warten.
  • Wenn sich Abläufe ändern, gehst du gern mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du wohnst in München oder Umgebung, denn manche Aufgaben, etwa die Prüfung von Ware, erledigst du vor Ort.
  • Und du bringst mit, was uns ausmacht: Herzblut für die Sache, Miteinander und Team-Orientierung für eine gute Zusammenarbeit, Transparenz & Integrität in deinem täglichen Tun sowie Kawumms für mutiges, engagiertes Handeln.
