* Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar o processo de abertura e fechamento de caixa, garantindo que todos os valores sejam conferidos e reportados corretamente.
  • Atender os clientes de maneira cordial e eficaz, esclarecendo dúvidas e resolvendo possíveis problemas relacionados a pagamentos.
  • Processar vendas, recebimentos e trocas, utilizando sistemas de ponto de venda de forma adequada.
  • Manter a organização e limpeza do local de trabalho, assegurando um ambiente agradável e funcional.
  • Colaborar com a equipe em atividades diárias, promovendo um bom clima de trabalho e comunicação.
  • Auxiliar na gestão de estoque, reportando itens que necessitam de reposição ou que apresentem discrepâncias.

* Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e operações de caixa, incluindo compreensão básica de sistemas de vendas.
  • Possuir habilidades de comunicação eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com clientes e membros da equipe.
  • Capacidade de resolver problemas simples de forma rápida e eficiente.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar sob pressão e gerenciar multitarefas, mantendo a qualidade do atendimento.

* Qualificações educacionais:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Cursos relacionados à área de atendimento ou vendas serão considerados diferenciais.
  • Informática Básica

* Experiências profissionais:

  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente ou funções similares, mesmo que em estágios ou experiências temporárias, é desejável, mas não obrigatória.

* Conhecimentos, habilidades:

  • Conhecimento prático em operações de caixa e princípios básicos de contabilidade.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de ponto de venda e softwares relacionados é uma vantagem.
