* Responsabilidades:

  • Preparar e cozinhar alimentos em conformidade com as receitas e os padrões de qualidade estabelecidos, garantindo a apresentação adequada dos pratos.
  • Manter a limpeza e a organização da área de trabalho, seguindo normas de segurança alimentar e higiene.
  • Colaborar com a equipe da cozinha para garantir um fluxo de trabalho eficiente, ajudando em outras tarefas conforme necessário.
  • Monitorar os estoques de ingredientes e relatar a necessidade de reposição à gerência.
  • Atender às solicitações dos clientes de forma rápida e cordial, garantindo a satisfação dos mesmos.

* Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento prático de técnicas de cocção e preparação de alimentos, com familiaridade com utensílios de cozinha.
  • Habilidade em trabalhar em equipe, com boa comunicação e capacidade de adaptação em um ambiente dinâmico.
  • Noções básicas de higiene e segurança alimentar.

* Qualificações educacionais:

  • Ensino Médio completo. Curso técnico ou formação em gastronomia será um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais:

  • Experiência anterior como chapeiro, cozinheiro ou em funções similares é desejável, mas não obrigatória
