* Responsabilidades:

  • Realiza a limpeza e a conservação de todas as áreas internas e externas das instalações da empresa, garantindo um ambiente limpo e organizado.
  • Executa pequenas manutenções, como reparo de vazamentos e troca de lâmpadas, quando necessário, para manter a funcionalidade das instalações.
  • Controla o estoque de materiais de limpeza e solicita reposições quando necessário, assegurando que os insumos estejam sempre disponíveis.
  • Interage com a equipe de manutenção e outros colaboradores, coordenando atividades que envolvam a manutenção predial.
  • Cumpre as normas de segurança e os procedimentos de higiene do trabalho, contribuindo para a saúde e segurança do ambiente.

* Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento prático em limpeza e conservação de ambientes.
  • Habilidade em realizar pequenas manutenções e reparos.
  • Capacidade de seguir instruções e trabalhar em equipe.
  • Comunicação eficaz e pro atividade para identificar necessidades de manutenção.

* Qualificações educacionais:

  • Ensino Fundamental completo.

* Experiências profissionais:

  • Experiência anterior em funções similares será considerada um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória.
  • Experiências em trabalho em equipe ou em ambientes de grande circulação podem ser valorizadas.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

  • Conhecimento prático em técnicas de limpeza e manutenção, capacidade de organização e gerenciamento do tempo. Familiaridade com o uso de equipamentos e produtos de limpeza.
