* Responsabilidades:

  • Atender os clientes de forma cordial e eficiente, esclarecendo dúvidas e oferecendo os serviços disponíveis.
  • Operar as bombas de combustíveis, realizando o abastecimento de forma segura e seguindo as normas de segurança.
  • Realizar a limpeza e organização da estação de serviço, garantindo um ambiente de trabalho agradável e seguro.
  • Verificar constantemente os níveis de combustíveis e informar a supervisão sobre a necessidade de abastecimento dos tanques.
  • Realizar o registro das movimentações de combustíveis e serviços prestados, contribuindo para o controle operacional.
  • Manter contato com a equipe para garantir o bom andamento das operações e a satisfação do cliente.
  • Realizar o recebimento das vendas, emissão de cupons e notas fiscais, bem como toda operação de caixa.
  • Trabalhar conforme manuais de conduta e de operação da empresa, alinhados a cultura organizacional da Rede Cabral.

* Qualificações educacionais:

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Informática básica

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

  • Conhecimento básico de informática
  • Conhecimento prático sobre os produtos e serviços oferecidos.
  • Habilidades básicas de matemática para lidar com transações financeiras.
  • Capacidade de resolver problemas simples relacionados ao atendimento e operações de abastecimento.
