Buscamos um(a) Analista de Treinamento Pleno/Sênior para estruturar, aplicar e evoluir os programas de capacitação da Alpha, com foco especial em treinar e desenvolver a rede de franqueados e suas equipes. É essencial ter vivência sólida com modelo de franquias e com agências, entendendo tanto a lógica de replicação de processos em rede quanto a dinâmica de entrega e performance de times de marketing.

Responsabilidades e atribuições: - Estruturar trilhas de treinamento e onboarding para franqueados e equipes das unidades; - Desenvolver conteúdos, materiais didáticos e manuais de capacitação alinhados aos processos padronizados da Alpha; - Aplicar treinamentos (presenciais e/ou remotos) sobre processos, ferramentas e metodologias da franquia; - Levantar necessidades de capacitação junto às unidades e áreas internas; - Acompanhar a curva de aprendizado e a aplicação prática do conteúdo treinado pelos franqueados; - Criar indicadores e relatórios de efetividade dos treinamentos (avaliação de reação, aprendizagem e aplicação); - Atuar na atualização contínua de manuais e playbooks operacionais conforme evolução dos processos da rede; - Alinhar-se com as áreas de operações, marketing e expansão para garantir que os treinamentos reflitam a realidade prática das unidades; - Apoiar processos de integração de novos franqueados à cultura e metodologia Alpha; - Identificar gaps de performance nas unidades que possam ser endereçados via capacitação.

Requisitos: - Ensino superior completo em Administração, Pedagogia, Psicologia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas - Experiência comprovada em treinamento e desenvolvimento (T&D) - Experiência comprovada com modelo de franquias — vivência real na estruturação ou aplicação de treinamentos em redes franqueadas - Experiência prévia em agências (marketing, publicidade ou correlatas), com entendimento da rotina e dos desafios desse tipo de operação - Facilidade para elaborar materiais didáticos e conduzir treinamentos com públicos variados - Boa comunicação e didática para públicos com diferentes níveis de maturidade

Competências comportamentais: - Didática e facilidade de comunicação com públicos diversos - Organização e capacidade de estruturar processos complexos - Autonomia e proatividade (importante no modelo PJ) - Visão sistêmica sobre operação em rede - Boa capacidade de receber feedback e ajustar entregas rapidamente

Experiência: 1 ano

Habilidades técnicas: - Elaboração de materiais didáticos: manuais, playbooks, apostilas, roteiros de treinamento - Facilitação de treinamentos: presenciais e remotos - Avaliação de eficácia de treinamento: construção de indicadores - Mapeamento de processos: capacidade de entender e documentar fluxos operacionais para depois transformar em conteúdo de capacitação - Leitura de indicadores de performance de unidades franqueadas, para identificar onde o treinamento pode destravar resultado
