Deine Aufgaben

Als Account Executive Immobilienverwaltung bist du der erste Kontaktpunkt für potenzielle Kunden und berätst diese zu unseren Services und dem Wechsel Ihrer Verwaltung. Dabei hast du die Chance unseren Standort in Frankfurt federführend mit aufzubauen und schnell Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen.

Deine Rolle

  • Netzwerk im Rhein-Main-Gebiet aufbauen: Beiräte und Eigentümer – du wirst das Gesicht von reltix in Frankfurt
  • Privatkunden und institutionelle Kontakte entwickeln: Überzeuge Wohneigentümergemeinschaften bis hin zu institutionellen Investoren (e.g. Entwickler, Asset Manager usw.) von unserer Dienstleistung
  • Den kompletten Zyklus verantworten: Von der Erstansprache über Demo und Angebot bis zur Übergabe in die laufende Verwaltung
  • Den Standort mit aufbauen: Gestaltung ist kein Kann sondern ein Muss. Du gestaltest Prozesse, gibst Produkt-Feedback und legst das Fundament für das Frankfurter Team, das du perspektivisch mit führst

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit

Must-haves

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit nachweisbaren Abschlusserfolgen – idealerweise in Immobilien, PropTech oder Finanzdienstleistungen
  • Adressatengerechte Kommunikation: Du überzeugst sowohl in Einzelgesprächen als auch vor einer großen Gruppe von Interessenten
  • Hunter-Mentalität: Du wartest nicht nur auf Leads, du hast Ideen wie du Sie reinholst
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit und Ambition

Nice-to-haves

  • Bestehendes Netzwerk im Rhein-Main-Gebiet
  • Verständnis für WEG-Recht und die Entscheidungslogik von Eigentümergemeinschaften
