The posting

Remondis De Vocht, een toonaangevend bedrijf in de afvalverwerkingsindustrie in Rumst, is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde customer support medewerker om ons familiebedrijf te versterken.

Ben jij klantgericht, administratief sterk en iemand die graag zelf naar oplossingen zoekt? Hou je van een afwisselende job waarin klantencontact, administratie en een stukje planning samenkomen? Dan ben jij misschien de versterking die we zoeken.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde functie waarbij je klanten verder helpt, bestellingen verwerkt, de planning ondersteunt en regelmatig bijspringt aan de weegbrug.

Concreet betekent dit dat je: - inkomende telefoons en mails behandelt en klanten verder helpt met hun vragen; - bestellingen van klanten aanneemt en correct verwerkt in het systeem; - klanten informeert en helpt zoeken naar een passende oplossing; - prijsaanvragen behandelt of intern bij de juiste collega terechtbrengt; - de gezamenlijke mailbox opvolgt en ervoor zorgt dat vragen en aanvragen tijdig worden behandeld; - opdrachten verwerkt voor onder andere het ophalen van pallets en het leveren of ophalen van materialen en rolcontainers; - een beperkte transportplanning opmaakt voor onze bakwagen, de verschillende opdrachten logisch inplant en de planning afstemt met de chauffeur; - regelmatig ondersteuning biedt aan de weegbrug.

- Ervaring in customer support, administratie, logistiek of planning is mooi meegenomen, maar voor ons zijn je mentaliteit en leervermogen minstens even belangrijk. - Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. - Je bent klantgericht en communicatief en helpt mensen graag verder. - Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig en kan vlot verschillende zaken tegelijk opvolgen. - Je wacht niet altijd op instructies, maar denkt zelf na over oplossingen en neemt initiatief. - Een onverwachte vraag of wijziging brengt je niet van je stuk. Je kan prioriteiten stellen en blijft rustig wanneer het druk wordt. - Je houdt van een job met veel afwisseling en hebt niet voor elke taak een volledig uitgeschreven stappenplan nodig. - Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je ook in het Frans vlot uitdrukken.
