Vacatureomschrijving

Als Accountmanager Bird Control ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor een grote verscheidenheid aan sectoren (industrie, retail, logistiek). Je werkt zelfstandig, plant je eigen bezoeken en krijgt de vrijheid om proactief en creatief nieuwe klanten te werven: New Business in de breedste zin van het woord.

Je dagelijkse uitdagingen:

  • Inspectie & Advies: Je bezoekt potentiële klanten en voert technische inspecties uit om een waterdicht adviesplan op te stellen.
  • Expertise: Je adviseert over faunabeheer en vogelwering met behulp van de nieuwste professionele technieken en materialen.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je onderhoudt sterke contacten met strategische klanten en bouwt een duurzaam netwerk uit.
  • Targets: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van je commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Kennisdeling: Je speelt een sleutelrol in het specialistische Bird-team en fungeert als klankbord voor je collega-accountmanagers in de regio.
  • Kwaliteit: Je staat garant voor maatwerk en een onberispelijke service. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Manager Pest Control.

Functie-eisen

  • Technisch inzicht: Je hebt affiniteit met bouwkundige constructies (pré).
  • Passie: Je hebt interesse in flora & fauna, specifiek in vogels en hun gedrag.
  • Geen hoogtevrees: Je schrikt niet terug van een ladder of hoogwerker tijdens een inspectie.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een B2B sales functie (buitendienst).
  • Niveau: Je beschikt over een Bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Teamplayer: Je bent een vraagbaak voor je collega-verkopers in het land.
  • Mobiel: Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Communicatief: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels,Frans is een plus.
  • Hunter-mentaliteit: Je bent niet bang voor koude acquisitie en stapt vlot ergens binnen. Je bent ondernemend, enthousiast en ziet overal kansen in de markt.
