Description du poste

En tant qu'Account Manager Bird Control Wallonie, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié d'une grande variété de secteurs (industrie, retail, logistique). Vous travaillez de manière autonome, gérez votre propre planning et bénéficiez de la liberté nécessaire pour prospecter de nouveaux clients de manière proactive et créative : le New Business dans toute sa splendeur.

Vos défis quotidiens :

  • Inspection & Conseil : Vous rendez visite aux clients potentiels en Wallonie et effectuez des inspections techniques pour établir un plan de conseil sur mesure.
  • Expertise : Vous conseillez sur la gestion de la faune et la protection contre les oiseaux en utilisant les techniques et matériaux professionnels les plus récents.
  • Gestion relationnelle : Vous entretenez des contacts étroits avec des clients stratégiques et développez un réseau durable dans votre région.
  • Objectifs : Vous êtes responsable de l'atteinte de vos objectifs commerciaux.
  • Partage de connaissances : Vous jouez un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe spécialisée Bird Control et servez de référent pour vos collègues de la région.
  • Qualité : Vous garantissez un travail sur mesure et un service irréprochable. Vous rapportez directement au Sales Manager Pest Control.

Qualifications

  • Affinité technique : Vous avez des connaissances en constructions de bâtiments (un atout).
  • Passion : Vous vous intéressez à la flore et à la faune, et plus particulièrement aux oiseaux et à leur comportement.
  • Pas de vertige : Vous n'avez pas peur de monter sur une échelle ou une nacelle lors d'une inspection.
  • Expérience : Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction de vente B2B (terrain).
  • Niveau : Vous disposez d'un niveau de réflexion et de travail type Bachelier.
  • Esprit d'équipe : Vous êtes une source d'information pour vos collègues vendeurs.
  • Mobilité : Vous possédez un permis de conduire B.
  • Communication : Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français. La connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais est un atout important pour cette structure internationale.
  • Tempérament de "Hunter" : La prospection à froid ne vous fait pas peur. Vous êtes entreprenant, enthousiaste et voyez des opportunités partout sur le marché.
