Om ons Sales Team vanuit onze vestiging in Schelle te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en commercieel Account Manager. Vacatureomschrijving

Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitbouwen en beheren van de klantenportefeuille in jouw regio. Je combineert proactieve prospectie (hunting) met sterk relatiebeheer (farming) in het KMO-segment. Daarnaast ben je scherp op kansen voor up- en cross-selling, niet alleen voor Rentokil Pest Control, maar ook voor onze zusterbedrijven.

  • Proactieve prospectie & netwerken: Je brengt de markt in jouw regio in kaart en benadert actief potentiële B2B-klanten via netwerken, referenties en eigen analyses.
  • Maatwerkadvies & contracten: Je plant je eigen klantafspraken, analyseert behoeften op locatie en stelt commerciële voorstellen en lange termijnovereenkomsten op maat op.
  • Relatiebeheer & cross-selling: Je onderhoudt een warme relatie met bestaande klanten, bouwt partnerships op en identificeert uitbreiding kansen.
  • Pipeline & administratie: Je beheert een gezonde, gevulde sales-pipeline en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige, dagelijkse administratieve verwerking en rapportage.
  • Samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen met collega-consultants, service- en customer care-teams en treedt op als betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten.

Functie-eisen

Je bent resultaat- en targetgericht, kent de dynamiek van een B2B-sales omgeving en weet als zelfstarter je eigen agenda efficiënt te beheren.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma (of gelijkgesteld door ervaring) en hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in B2B-verkoop.
  • Talen & IT-skills: Je bent uitstekend Nederlandstalig met een sterke kennis van het Engels en een basiskennis van het Frans. Je werkt vlot met digitale tools (zoals Google Docs, Sheets, Slides en Gmail).
  • Competenties & Attitude: Je beschikt over een sterke overtuigingskracht en onderhandelingsvaardigheden op B2B-niveau. Je bent analytisch ingesteld om je regio optimaal te bewerken en hebt uitstekende skills qua time management.
  • Locatie & Rijbewijs: Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en bent woonachtig in Vlaanderen (met een goeie bereikbaarheid t.o.v. Schelle).
