Missão:

Será o business partner do negócio, assumindo-se como especialista no conhecimento dos clientes, na definição de segmentações de valor comercial, na modelização e na utilização de técnicas de inteligência artificial para apoiar a tomada de decisões baseadas em dados e contribuir para a criação de novos e melhores resultados para a empresa.

Terá a oportunidade de transformar dados em conhecimento e conhecimento em ação, identificando oportunidades comerciais e apoiando as diferentes áreas de negócio na definição de estratégias e iniciativas orientadas para o cliente. Será especialista em modelos de negócio e em processos de tomada de decisão orientados por dados, atuando como parceiro estratégico do negócio.

Funções e Responsabilidades:

  • Propor, desenvolver e implementar modelos, estudos e dashboards com base em analítica avançada de dados para os diferentes negócios comerciais da Repsol Portugal, com foco na análise de clientes e em ações comerciais.
  • Participar na avaliação de programas e ações comerciais personalizadas.
  • Identificar oportunidades, desenvolver soluções e prestar apoio às áreas comerciais e de negócio em temas de otimização comercial e estratégia de cliente.
  • Interpretar variáveis de negócio e desenhar indicadores de desempenho.
  • Participar em equipas multidisciplinares, desempenhando funções de analista de negócio e de coordenação com equipas de desenvolvimento técnico.
  • Realizar segmentações, definir campanhas e journeys comerciais, bem como avaliar o seu impacto, desvios e rentabilidade através de ferramentas de mineração e analítica de dados.
  • Desenvolver estudos de clientes através de técnicas de clusterização, análise de padrões e tendências e desenho de modelos estatísticos de previsão de comportamento ou procura.
  • Conceber, desenvolver e gerir a manutenção de modelos de dados, assegurando todo o ciclo de captura, armazenamento e exploração da informação.

Requisitos da Função

  • Formação superior em Matemática, Engenharia, Informática, Gestão e Administração de Empresas, ou áreas similares.
  • Experiência entre 4 a 5 anos em projetos de analítica avançada e na gestão de bases de dados (depuração de indicadores, reconciliação de dados, validação de cargas de informação, entre outros).
  • Experiência em segmentação, modelação estatística, machine learning com Python ou SAS, e desenvolvimento de dashboards em Power BI, Tableau ou SAS Viya.
  • Experiência na utilização de ferramentas como SAS Guide, Alteryx, SAS Miner, SQL ou Python.
  • Orientação para a análise de dados e para a criação de valor para o negócio, atuando como analista de negócio/dados.
  • Elevada capacidade de trabalho em equipa, comunicação e síntese.
  • Conhecimentos avançados de Excel, Power BI e PowerPoint.
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações frequentes a Espanha.
  • Fluência em português, nível C1 em espanhol e nível B2 em inglês.
